Security & Transient Verification Architecture

Birel is designed as a neutral verification infrastructure for sensitive pre-deal workflows. Documents submitted during verification are processed within isolated environments designed to reduce unnecessary exposure, persistence, and cross-party visibility.

Counterparties do not receive direct access to each other's uploaded materials. Birel personnel are not intended to manually review documents during standard automated verification workflows.

03 / Transient Processing

Documents are processed temporarily and are not intended to remain accessible after verification completion.

Controlled verification environment

Counterparties never receive direct access to each other's uploaded materials. Only structural validation status is shared to verify operational readiness.

Encrypted session isolation
No raw counterparty document access
Automated session-only access controls

Structural & procedural scope

Birel verifies:

  • Document category consistency
  • Structural completeness
  • Required field presence
  • Temporal validity

Birel does not verify:

  • Legal enforceability
  • Signature authenticity
  • Asset validity
  • Transaction outcomes

Users remain responsible for independent legal, financial, and commercial due diligence.

AI processing principles

Submitted materials are processed through inference-only AI systems used exclusively for active verification workflows. Uploaded files are not used for:

// Compliance processor instructions
No Model Training
No Dataset Creation
No Behavioral Profiling

Verification workflows are designed to remain session-based and operationally non-persistent. Materials are processed strictly within isolated execution blocks to check structural metrics before closing.

Platform integrity

Birel reserves the right to suspend or restrict platform access in cases involving:

Manipulated documentation
Abusive platform behavior
Repeated complaints

Birel proactively encourages compliant submission practices and non-abusive participation to maintain high operational standards.
